I have owned my inse for going on 2 years. Fantastic product. If I have ever needed help with a function or disfunction, their customer support team has always been quick to respond and extremely helpful via e mail. Highly recommend product in my book!

Good for a while

Lasted about a year, never worked great but did okay. Not sure what is wrong, it was working fine and all of the sudden stopped, now does not move. I will try to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they can do anything.

Love this item

I have had this vacuum for almost a year now, I use it in a very high traffic area and use it daily. Recently I needed to contact customer service about an issue with one of the brushes. Their customer service department is top notch. I received a very timely response and they were able to correct the issue I had. I have recommended this to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another for myself!!!
