I am so impressed with this vacuum. It is easy to use and has unbelievable suction power. It is lightweight and comfortable to use. I wish it had one more accessory tool--a brush that can work on hard to get to small places. It does have a crevice tool, but that is not right for every kind of surface. ( I do have a hand vac that takes care of most of this.) Nevertheless, this is a fantastic vacuum. The amount of dust and debris it picks up is amazing. Highly recommended.

Always ready to go and easy to use!

I'm not super new to tech but I have to admit I was super intimidated when I 1st received my unit. The package arrived in perfect shape but the box was so much smaller than I expected. I took out and inspected all the pieces and intstantly felt like I was in "The Jetsons". I always at least skim over the directions, but because I was so intimidated, this time I read every word before moving on. It came with an easy to read & understand 12-page User Manual and a Quick Start Guide. I am glad I did that, but it was super simple to assemble and disassemble as I verified nothing was missing or broken.Here's what I want to share: It came with an extra HEPA filter, a storage bag for all the attachments, etc. AND a cleaning tool for the HEPA filter and floor brush! It has great suction, is adjustable for short and tall users. It came with a small charge so I was able to know it worked before charging it fully to really test it out. Therefore, it din't take the full 4.5 hours to charge it fully. I tried it in the car as well as on carpeted and non-carpeted floors in the house. I DO want to point out that the manual says not to use on or pick up anything damp/moist NOR anything over 7mm/0.275 inches, keys, coins, screws, etc. I also want to say you don't have to remove the battery portion to charge it, but IF you ever do, and if you have opened up the filter area, make sure you carefully align the filter area and twist it til you hear the strong click or you won't be able to get the battery to line up and go back on. I was a little too gentle and therefore had trouble with getting the battery pack back on wanting to be gentle due to the pins. (See pics.) Over all I love the unit being CORDLESS, so lightweight and compact, the attachments, the HEPA filter being washable and that I had a lot of charge remaining after all the testing and taking so much time to fully do the car. Also note it has charge indicator lights AND a light on the floor brush head. I do wish there was somehow a light for when you are using only the handheld too, though, and that's my ONLY negative.
