Q: What is the shipping Price?
A: We offer free shipping to orders over $15.
For order prices from $0.1 to $14.99, it will cost $10 as the standard shipping fee.
The fee for Expedited Shipping is $10. Expedited Shipping is only for vacuum cleaners.
Any coupons/discounts/promotions are only for products, not for the shipping fees.
Q: How will my delivery be shipped?
A: Our shipping methods include USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon logistics US, etc.
We do not accept any designated carrier, and we will choose a relatively optimal
one to ship your item.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: If you have ticked and chosen to receive the email/ Messenger about tracking info, we will send you tracking information within 24-48 hours when your order has been shipped out and send notices to the e-mail address/Messenger you provide when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Will I get charged for the informing email?
A: We send emails to customers to inform them about the tracking information, which is totally free to the customer.
Q: When do I receive the product?
A: After you (the buyer) place the order and we process the charges, the order will be processed in 1-2 workdays for confirmation, preparation, and packaging.
Due to COVID-19, it could be a delay in your package. Under normal circumstances, it takes 3-7 workdays to arrive for free shipping & standard shipping while it takes 2-5 workdays to arrive for Expedited Delivery. But if some products are out of stock, we need to take action and it would take about 7-15 workdays to arrive.
Attention: Fast Delivery is applicable for vacuum cleaners only.
Q: What if I receive a defective machine?
A: Please check out the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive and take a video when you unbox, if you notice any damage please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send the video to email@example.com and after-sale customer service will help.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship in the USA, except in the following states and areas：
Northern Mariana Islands
U.S. Virgin Islands
Armed Forces Americas
Armed Forces Europe
Armed Forces Pacific

Q: Could I cancel my order?
To cancel the order, please contact our customer service [firstname.lastname@example.org] to check the status of your order, if your order was canceled successfully, we will refund you within 1-2 workdays.
If your product has not been shipped out from Our Factory, we allow you to cancel the order. If your product has been shipped out from Our Factory, we will not be able to cancel the order for you, because it is no longer operable and we cannot intercept the product.
