Shipping Policy

1. ARRIVAL TIME

After you (the buyer) placing the order and we process the charges, we will try our best to ship it on the day or the next day. Due to the COVID-19, it could be a delay in your package. Under normal circumstances, usually, it takes 3-7 workdays to arrive. But if some products are out of stock, we need to take action and it would take 5-10 workdays to arrive.

Please note rush shipping is not available because we must ship via ground. 

2. TRACKING INFO

If you have ticked and chosen to receive the email about tracking info, we will send you tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, don't hesitate to contact us at info@inselife.com

3. DAMAGE

Please check out the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@inselife.com and after-sale customer service will help.

4.SUPPORT AREA

We ship only in the USA, except Hawaii State, Indiana, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
