For order price from $0.1 to $14.99, it will cost $10 as the standard shipping fee.
Any coupons/discounts/promotions are only for products, not for the shipping fees.
2. ARRIVAL TIME
After you (the buyer) place the order and we process the charges, the order will be processed within 24-48 hours. We will try our best to ship it on the day or the next day. For the shipping confirmation/email, there is a delay on the shipping system as others, so usually, it takes 24-48 hours to update and to be sent out to customers, which means it may take 3-4 days for us to send the shipping confirmation to customers once placed the order.
Due to COVID-19, it could be a delay in your package. Under normal circumstances, usually, it takes 3-7 days to arrive. But if some products are out of stock, we need to take action and it would take 5-10 workdays to arrive.
Please note expedited delivery is not available because we must ship via ground, thank you for your understanding.
3. TRACKING INFO
If you have ticked and chosen to receive the email/ Messenger about tracking info, we will send you tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide/Messenger when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
Please check out the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and after-sale customer service will help.
