Why don't I receive notification email about tracking?

Please be sure to provide a valid and actively used email address before placing your order to avoid potential delays in shipping and refunds caused by missing important notifications such as out-of-stock alerts, exchange inquiries, insufficient address notifications, and risk order confirmations.

Reasons are mainly as below:

1) you entered wrong email address when placing the order; or

2) the notification email was put into your spam folder; or

3) the notification email was rejected by your email server

Why do I only receive part of products?

It is very likely that the other parts are on the way, or there is a logistics delay or a logistics problem. Please get in touch with us at support@inselife.com and attach your order number that begins with INSE#XXXX.

What is the shipping Price?

We offer free shipping to orders over $15.

For order price from $0.1 to $14.99, it will cost $10 as the standard shipping fee.

The fee for Expedited Shipping is $10. Expedited Shipping is only for vacuum cleaners.

Any coupons/discounts/promotions are only for products, not for the shipping fees.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Our shipping methods include USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon logistics US, etc.

We do not accept any designated carrier, and we will choose a relatively optimal one to ship your item.

How can I track my order?

If you have ticked and chosen to receive the email/ Messenger about tracking info, we will send you tracking information within 24-48 hours when your order has been shipped out and send notices to the email address/Messenger you provide when checking out.

If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, don't hesitate to contact us at support@inselife.com.

Will I get charged for the informing email?

We send emails to customers to inform them about the tracking information, which is totally free to the customer.

When do I receive the product?

After you (the buyer) place the order and we process the charges, the order will be processed in 1-2 workdays for confirmation, preparation, and packaging.

Under normal circumstances, it takes 3-7 workdays to arrive for free shipping & standard shipping while it takes 2-5 workdays to arrive for Expedited Delivery. But if some products are out of stock or there is a logistic delay, we need to take action and it would take about 10-15 workdays or more to arrive.

Attention: Fast Delivery is applicable for vacuum cleaners only.

What if I receive a defective machine?

Please check out the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive and take a video when you unbox, if you notice any damage please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send the video to support@inselife.com and after-sale customer service will help.

We ship in the USA, except in the following states and areas:

Could I cancel my order?

To cancel the order, please contact our customer service [support@inselife.com] to check the status of your order, if your order was canceled successfully, we will refund you within 1-2 workdays.

If your product has not been shipped out from Our Factory, we allow you to cancel the order.

If your product has been shipped out from Our Factory, we will not be able to cancel the order for you, because it is no longer operable and we cannot intercept the product.
