I was really looking forward to the tile grout brush, but when I used it, it left water stains in the tile grout! I don't know why this happens. Even after running it for a few more seconds as instructed to absorb the remaining liquid, water stains still remain in the grout. It's not as good as advertised!

I only bought this steam mop less than a month ago, and I don't know which part is broken, but it hasn't been able to produce steam. I contacted customer service a week ago and haven't received a response. I still don't know the reason. Aside from not producing steam, everything else is fine. I've thoroughly cleaned it, but it just won't produce steam. Please reply to my email as soon as possible and give me some suggestions.

I have two dogs and two cats, and it cleans quite well. Since I've only used it for about two months, I can't be sure about its durability yet, but it seems to be of good quality. A larger water tank would be even better.
