Step 1: Check if your vacuum cleaner is a recalled product. The following batches of S6T/S6P PRO with sales dates starting from July 2022: 04040127A/04040127W/04040127V/04040128J/040201273/040201279/040201276 (Note:This model had only been sold on Amazon.com). Other models are not included in the recall.

Step 2: If you have a recalled vacuum cleaner, stop using it immediately and ensure that no one can access it.

Step 3: Submit a recall application. Please note that if your claim is approved, the remediation process will usually start soon. However, the specific and accurate remediation time is subject to the result of our recall after-sales email, ainuo3235@163.com.

In addition, these processing times may be delayed if there are holidays or the total number of recall inquiries is large.
