Replacement Head Brush

I ordered a new vacuum head brush. Important information about getting any caught in the roller i.e. long hair or string. There was not a way to dislodge it from the roller so I had to buy a new head. Luckily the head was reasonable in price but I wish there had been a way to remove the material that was caught.
