Hair and dust magnet!

First of all let me say this is the best vacuum I’ve used. We’ve tried many and so far pleased with INSE. As for the power head, we have 6 indoor cats so we collect lots of cat hair. The small wheels collect a lot of hair and clog easily hindering movement. The roller bar also collects hair especially around the motor end. If not frequently cleaned, it will eventually clog the motor enough to put a strain on it and cause it to stop working. That’s what happened to mine. The good thing is it’s easy and not too expensive to replace the part. Would be nice if there was more light on the head as well.

Love the vacuum and customer service

We have been using our Inse cordless vacuum in our motor home…its size and ability to work without electricity was the selling point. It has worked really well over a long enough time that we kind of wore out the head. I ordered the wrong one to replace it. Inse was quick to help me solve the issue with no additional expenses. 😃
