Q1: Why can my vacuum cleaner not charge?
It might be caused by the charger, the battery, or the main motor.
①. Please check if the battery is charged with the original charger. (The original charger is 31V)
②. Please confirm if the LED screen shows 100% fully charged after 4-4.5 hours of charging.
③. Please charge battery out of vacuum cleaner, after 4-4.5 hours, please check whether the three indicator lights on the battery are solid blue.

Q2: Why my roller brush doesn't spin?
①. Please check whether the roller brush is tangled by hair, if it was tangled the LED display will shows "EE" erro,
②. Please check if the pins on brush head and metal tube bend or break up.
③ Please detach metal tube, and connect motorized brush with vacuum motor directly to check if brush works.
💡 If motorized brush spins and Ring Light is normal, then it's the problem of the metal tube.
💡 If Ring Light is red and motorized brush doesn't spin, then it's the problem of motorized brush.

Q3: Why my S9 vacuum cleaner is screaming even if my filter is clean?

②, If there is no clog, please disassemble the dust cup, metal tube, and motorized brush, then send a video to show the suction
