Troubleshooting of INSE S610 Cordless Vacuum

Q1. My inse vacuum is not working, how to troubleshoot?

  • The problem could be caused by clogging.

Please check if there is any clog in the motor, the tube, or the brush.

Please check if the filters need cleaning or replacing. (If you need to purchase new filters, first check the model number and see if it is S600 or S610. Then purchase the correct filters, cotton filters for S600 or HEPA filters for S610.)

  • If the problem remains after cleaning, please do the troubleshooting.

Step 1. Detach all the attachments, use only the vacuum motor, test if it can work properly.

If not, please send the INSE Support Team [support@inselife.com] a video of the indicator lights when testing.

If the vacuum motor can work properly in Step 1, please continue Step 2

Step 2. Connect the brush directly to the vacuum motor, test if the machine can work properly. (This step is to check if it is the metal tube's problem.)

Q2. Why does my inse vacuum keep shutting off?

  • The problem might be caused by overheating, which will happen if the vacuum is clogged, please do the troubleshooting below and clean the vacuum.
  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off, disconnect all accessories.
  2. Try to identify the source of the overheat by checking for blockages in the Tube, Cleaner head, or other accessories.
  3. Empty the Dust Cup and clean the Filter.

  • The problem might be caused by a low battery. Please check if the battery can be fully charged.
  1. Please make sure to use the matched adapter to charge the battery, or the battery performance will decline.
  2. It takes about 4-5 hours for the battery to be fully charged, when the battery is fully charged, the three indicator lights will be on and stop flashing.
  3. Normally the battery can work for about 20-45 minutes on standard speed and 10-20 minutes on high speed, and its working varies on different cleaning occasions.

Q3. Why is the vacuum battery not charging?

The not charging problem could be caused by the battery or adaptor.

  1. Please make sure to use the matched adaptor to charge the battery.

Q4. Why won't the roller brush spin?

There is a circuit breaker in the motorized cleaner head, when the roller is stuck or when there is a program error, the vacuum will shut off automatically to protect the motor.

  1. Check if there is any blockage in the brush and clean it with the 2-in-1 Cleaning Tool.
  2. Detach all the attachments, connect the brush directly to the vacuum motor, test if the machine can work properly. This step is to check if it is the metal tube's problem.

If it can work properly without the tube then the problem is the tube, otherwise, the defective part is the brush.

Q5. Why does the vacuum won't suck up anything/ the suction declines?

The problem could be caused by the tube, the brush, or the motor.

  1. Please check if the roller brush gets clogged by hair or trash.
  2. Please check if the tube gets clogged.
  3. Please empty the motor and check if the filters need to be cleaned or replaced.

Tips:

  1. The filter is designed to block out the dust and small particle and protect the motor, we recommend replacing the filter every 3 months.
  2. The filter should be air-dry before reinstalling; for if it's wet, the dust mixed with water will coagulate, which causes air-blocked and decrease the suction power.
