Troubleshooting of INSE I5 Stick Vacuum Cleaner

Q1. My vacuum cleaner stops working, what should I do?

--If it can be turned on, but shuts down suddenly, it might be caused by its overheating protection. This design helps protect the motor after long-time use, which is also designed to guarantee safety.  If it overheats within 10 mins,

#1. Filters: check all the filters inside the dustbin to see if there is any blockage. If the vacuum cleaner is blocked, it will be shut down because of its overheating protection. Please clean all the filters and install them back in place after completely drying, then try again.

#2. Dustbin: Please check the dustbin if it's full (over-Max--mark) and check if the metal extension tube is clogged. Clean it and try again.

#3. Other accessories: Please check if the metal extension tube, the brush head are clogged. Clean it then try again.

--If the machine cannot be turned on after the shutdown, then it might be caused by the broken motor.

--If the machine can't be turned on when the power cord is correctly connected with the electrical outlet, then it might be caused by the broken motor.

Q2. How can l solve the problem that the dust comes out again from the brush?/ What should I do if the vacuum keeps spitting out the dust?

#1. Please check all the filters inside of the dustbin to see if there is any blockage. The filters might be clogged by dust or debris after being used for a long time. Please clean all the filters and install them back in place after completely drying, then try again.

#2. Please check the dustbin if it's full (over-Max--mark). Clean the dustbin.

#3. Please check if the metal extension tube is clogged.

#4. Please check the black rubber in the inlet port of the dustbin to see if it's broken, damaged, or missing.

#5. Please make sure the seal stripe on the dustbin is still well and the cover of the dustbin is closed tightly.

Q3.What can I do about poor suction power?

1. Please make sure every connection between the components is tight especially the bottom cover of the dust cabin.

2. Please check if the dust cup was full (over -MAX- mark) or any inlet port was clogged.

3. If you used it to pick up a lot of debris or particles, the filter would be filled with dust after using a long time, which reduces suction. Please take off all the filters and wash them, then install them back after completely air-drying.
