Troubleshooting of INSE N5S/N5 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

Q1. Why does the battery cannot hold a charge?

If your battery can not hold a charge, the issue can be caused by the adaptor or the battery.

1. The adaptor: Please check If the battery is charged with the original adaptor. Our original charger is 36V. Please use the original adaptor to charge the battery.

2. The battery: Please confirm after 5-6 hours of charging, what is the phenomenon of the 3 indicator lights? When the battery is fully charged, the three indicator lights should be on and stop flashing.

Q2. Why does the vacuum cleaner can only work for a few seconds/minutes?

If your vacuum keeps stopping,

1. Please check If the battery is charged with the original adaptor. Our original adaptor is 36V. Please use the original adaptor to charge the battery.

2. Please confirm after 5-6 hours of charging, what is the phenomenon of the 3 indicator lights? When the battery is fully charged, the three indicator lights should be on and stop flashing.

3. Please check if there is a clog in the metal tube and the motorized brush.

4. Please detach the metal tube and the motorized brush to see if the vacuum host can work independently. If the answer is no, then it is the problem with the motor.

Q3. Why does the motorized brush stop spinning?

If the vacuum brush is not spinning,

1. Please check if there is a clog in the motorized brush and clean it with the cleaning tool.

2. Please detach all the attachments, connect the motorized brush directly to the vacuum motor, test if the machine can work properly.

If it works well without the metal tube, it might be the problem of the metal tube, otherwise, it might be the problem of the motorized brush.

Q4. Why does the vacuum cleaner can not suck up anything/low suction?

1. Please check if the vacuum cleaner is in low-power and to see if there is only one blue power light on. (Fully charged the battery using the adaptive charger.)

2. Please check if the motorized brush and the metal tube are clogged.

3. Please check if the filters need to be cleaned or changed.

Tips: The filters closely connected with the suction power and should be cleaned regularly and be replaced according to your use frequency.

4. Please check if the rubber seal on the vacuum host is installed correctly.

If the rubber seal is not installed, it will cause the air to leak, the suction power will be weak.

5. Please detach all the attachments to check if the vacuum host can suck up directly.

If it cannot suck up directly, it is the problem with to motor.

Q5. Why does the vacuum make a weird and loud noise when working?

Please confirm where the strange sound comes from, the vacuum host or the motorized brush?

1. Please check if there is a clog inside the motorized brush.

2. Please check if the filters are installed properly.

3. If the noise is from the top motorhead, make sure there is no blockage and everything is clean. If still has, then it is likely that dust comes into the motorhead and it needs to be replaced.

Q6. My vacuum is hot after using for a while, what can I do?

If your vacuum cleaner is overheating, it is probably caused by a clog.

1. Please check if the motorized brush or the metal tube is clogged.

2. Please check if the filters need to be cleaned or changed.

Tips: The filters closely connected with the suction power and should be cleaned regularly and be replaced according to your use frequency.

3. Please check if the dust box is cleaned.
