Troubleshooting-INSE S6/S600/S6P Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

1. How can I improve the suction on my vacuum cleaner?

A: Here are a few reasons why a vacuum cleaner loses its suction power and the things you could do to fix them:

#1 Dust container-related issues: The first thing you need to do is check if the dust container is full. It is suggested to empty the dust container in time. That way you know for sure that the loss of suction is not caused by this issue.

#2 Caked up filters: The pre-motor filter prevents dirt and dust from getting into the motor. Over time this filter can accumulate a cake of dirt and debris. A clogged up filter can cause your vacuum to lose its suction. Please replace or clean the filter in time. Beware of making sure the filter is completely dry before installation.

#3 Blockages: From a small Lego piece to a pencil, a vacuum cleaner can literally suck in more than it can swallow. When that happens, the object usually gets lodged, which in turn obstructs the airflow. Please regularly check the hose and attachments for obstructions.

#4 Air leakage: A rip in the hose or crack of the dust container can drastically compromise the suction power of a vacuum cleaner. Air leakage can also occur if the attachments are not fitted properly. Check the hose and attachment to ensure there are no air leakages.

#5 Faulty motor or battery: If everything else is fine, please contact us via support@inselife.com by offering your order number and details about the issue you met, we will check if the motor or battery is faulty and offer you a replacement.

There are 3 kinds of status of the power lights when start the vacuum cleaner but it doesn't work at all.

#1.  Power lights Flashing: Please check the battery pack if it is placed correctly in the place. Detach the battery and install it back. Then try again. If this doesn’t help, it might be the problem of the motor.

#2.  Power lights shut off immediately: please check if the battery can be charged normally.Try to detach the battery from the machine and charge it seperately. Generally, the three power lights flash regularly like water flow in charging. As the charging time increase, the power lights will be lasting on one by one. If the power lights still like the water flow after being charged for over 5 hours. It means the battery is dead.

#3. Press the power button, nothing happened: Please check the battery if it can be charged normally when it is charging seperately. If the battery can be fully charged after 4~5 hours, it might be the problem of motor.
