Troubleshooting-INSE N6 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

1. How can I improve the suction on my vacuum cleaner?

A: Here are a few reasons why a vacuum cleaner loses its suction power and the things you could do to fix them:

 #1 Dust container-related issues: The first thing you need to do is check if the dust container is full. It is suggested to empty the dust container in time. That way you know for sure that the loss of suction is not caused by this issue.

 #2 Caked up filters: The pre-motor filter prevents dirt and dust from getting into the motor. Over time this filter can accumulate a cake of dirt and debris. A clogged up filter can cause your vacuum to lose its suction. Please replace or clean the filter in time. Beware of making sure the filter is completely dry before installation.

 #3 Blockages: From a small Lego piece to a pencil, a vacuum cleaner can literally suck in more than it can swallow. When that happens, the object usually gets lodged, which in turn obstructs the airflow. Please regularly check the hose and attachments for obstructions.

 #4 Air leakage: A rip in the hose or crack of the dust container can drastically compromise the suction power of a vacuum cleaner. Air leakage can also occur if the attachments are not fitted properly. Check the hose and attachment to ensure there are no air leakages.

 #5 Faulty motor or battery: If everything else is fine, please contact us via support@inselife.com by offering your order number and details about the issue you met, we will check if the motor or battery is faulty and offer you a replacement.

2. My vacuum cleaner stops working suddenly, what should I do?

There might be 4 situations of three green power lights when the machine stops working suddenly, first you need to confirm which situation is of your vacuum cleaner:

#1. Power lights are lasting on: Press the power button, the vacuum can be turned on and works well for a while, but it turns off quickly/shuts down suddenly and three power lights are lasting on. (see Question 3 )

#2.  Power lights are flashing: Press the power button, the vacuum can be turned on and works well for a while, but it turns off quickly/shuts down suddenly and three power lights are flashing. (see Question 4 )

#3.  Power lights shut down together:  Press the power button, the vacuum cleaner can be turned on and works well for a while, but it turns off quickly/shuts down suddenly and three power lights shut off together(see Question 5 )

#4. No power: If three is only one green light flashing, it means the battery is no power, it needs to be fully charged. It takes 5~6 hours to be fully charged.

3. My vacuum cleaner stops working/shuts off suddenly and power lights are lasting on, even if it's fully charged.

If the three power indicator lights are lasting on for about 5 seconds (not the flashing times) when the machine shuts down/stops working suddenly, then the indicator lights turn off together. The problem might be caused by the motor or the poor connection of some power ports.

Please contact us via support@inselife.com by offering your order number and details about the issue you met, we will check and confirm the broken part, then offer you a replacement.

4. My vacuum cleaner stops working/shuts off suddenly and power lights are flashing, even if it's fully charged.

#1.  Power lights flah for 3 seconds: If the three power indicator lights flash for about 3 seconds (not flashing times), it means the battery might be damaged.

#2. Power lights flash for 6 seconds: If three power indicator lights flash for 6 seconds (not flashing times). The problem may be caused by a short circuit of the motor or the head brush.

Further testing is required: please ensure that the machine is fully charged.

Remove the head brush and extension tube to check the power lights status on the main machine host.

      2.1 Only the machine host, works well: If the lights flash for 6 seconds only when the head brush is connected, but the vacuum cleaner works well and not suddenly stops when the head brush is not connected. Then the head brush might be short-circuited.

      2.2 Only the machine host, still doesn't work: If the power lights flash for 6 seconds both when the head brush connected and not connected, and still stops work suddenly. It might be caused by a short circuit of the motor.

#3. Power lights flash for 10 seconds: If three power indicator lights flash for 10 seconds (not flashing times), it may be turned off suddenly due to the overcurrent protection of the main motor.

5. My vacuum cleaner stops working/shuts off suddenly and power lights shut down together, even if it's fully charged.

If the machine is fully charged and it can be turned on, but the vacuum cleaner works well for a while then shuts off suddenly, and three power lights turn off together, it might be the problem of the motor.

6. My motorized head brush doesn't spin/rotate?

There are three situations happened when the head brush stops working/ the roller bar doesn't spin/rotate, please check the the status of the LED light on the head brush:

#1. LED light is on: The head brush stops working/ the roller bar doesn't spin/rotate, and the LED light is on. (see queation 7)

#2. LED light is sometimes on or off: the head brushstops working/ the roller bar doesn't spin/rotate, and the LED light is sometimes on or off. (see queation 8)

#3. LED light is off: The head brush stops working/ the roller bar doesn't spin/rotate and the LED light is off. (see queation 9)

7. My motorized head brush doesn't spin/rotate, and LED light is on.

If the head brush doesn't work/rotate/spin, but the LED light is on, the problem might be caused by the broken head brush.

8. My motorized head brush doesn't spin/rotate, and LED light is sometimes on or off.

If the head brush doesn't work/rotate/spin, but the LED light is sometimes on or off, the problem might be caused by the broken head brush or the dustbin.

Further testing is required please check the metal tips on the dustin to see if they are in the same length. If they are not in the same length, it might be the problem of the dustbin. If the metal tips are in the same length, it might be the problem of the head brush.

Please contact us via support@inselife.com by offering your order number and details about the issue you met, we will check and confirm the broken part, then offer you a replacement.

9. My motorized head brush doesn't spin/rotate, and LED light is off.

If the head brush doesn't work/rotate/spin, but the LED light is off, please detach the head brush and the metal extention tube, and test the machine host to see if the motor can work well or not.

A. Machine host doesn't work: please take a video of your test and send it to the  email address: support@inselife.com.Our tech department will help you with this.

B. Machine host works well: if the machine host works well without the head brush and the metal extension tube, please check the followings:

    #1. Clean the roller brush: Please make sure you've removed the roller brush and cleaned it, and then install it back in place (tangled-hair would cause the roller brush stop spinning); connect the cleaner head to the metal wand and test again, check the LED light on the head brush to see whether it’s on or off, the roller brush spins or not.

    #2. Test the Head Brush: If the step 1 doesn't help, please connect the cleaner head directly to the main motor, then try to turn on the vacuum and check the LED light on the head brush

          2-1. If the LED light turns on but the roller brush doesn't spin, it might be the problem of the head brush;

          2-2. If the LED light turns on and the roller brush also spins, it might be the problem of the metal extention tube;

          2-3. If the LED light doesn't turn on and the roller brush doesn't spin, please check the metal tips on the dustbin to see if they are in the same length. If they are not in the same lenght, it might be the problem of the dustbin;

          2-4. If the LED light doesn't turn on and the roller brush doesn't spin, besides that, the roller bar can't even be moved by hand. It might be the problem of head brush.

10. My motorized head brush works well but there is no suction/ the suction motor doesn't work/ the motor isn't working:

Please detach the head brush and the metal extension tube, test the machine host to check the status of the motor:

#1. Motor doesn't work:  the three power indicator lights are lasting on for about 5 seconds (not the flashing times), then the indicator lights go off suddenly. The problem might be caused by the motor or the poor connection of some power ports.

#2. Power indicator lights flash for about 3 seconds (not flashing times): it means the battery might be damaged;

#3. Power lights flash for 6~10 seconds: it might be the problem of the motor.
